I grew up a lover of cinema. While other girls were playing house, I was in the basement on my third movie of the day.
Dating
Ever since I was little I was fascinated with the idea that one day there would be someone who "swept me off my feet". While this is a good thought, as I have gotten older I have come to realize it's not a healthy concept for a girl to be essentially waiting for someone to do something in order for her life to feel complete.
Being single is not a bad thing. Despite the fact that my grandma asks me why I am every time I see her. I am more than content in my life and not having a significant other provides me with the opporutunity to focus on myself. There's nothing to distract me from school and spending time with friends.
